At Salas Miralles Lawyers we offer the service of private investigation with a private detective approved by the Ministry of the Interior For the entire national territory, this authorization grants the figure of the private detective as a privileged actor to perform the functions of surveillance, monitoring and investigation of persons or entities to obtain evidence and information.

Specialized in all types of labor and business services, such as medical leave and its possible simulation, unfair competition, breach of the labor contract, professional intrusions among other issues, thus offering a comprehensive service for the tranquility of the company.

Other types of services are also offered such as private and/or family services such as issues related to the Urban Leasing Law, infidelity and breach of alimony.

Finally, economic and financial services are also offered, such as the search and location of debtors, people’s purchasing power, location of debtors’ goods and assets…

For all this, a report is elaborated where all the data obtained from the surveillance and investigation service will be reflected, which can be presented in court to defend the object of the report and its legitimacy thanks to the character of written testimonial evidence that is collected by the Law 1/2000 of Civil Procedure, defining the detective as a documented, objective and impartial testimony.
